Business cash advance opportunities
One of the greatest advantages of owning your own business is working for yourself and having the freedom to set your own schedule. One of the downfalls to having your own business is having to deal and cope with the fact that you are not making as much money as you hoped to support the kind of lifestyle you so dreamed of. In business, you are sometimes faced with unexpected and costly expenses. One great thing about being a business owner is that you can easily acquire a business cash advance for any unforeseen expenses.
Getting a business cash advance is a non traditional loan that saves you from having to deal with the hassles of getting a bank loan. Banks are extremely tight lately, and see small businesses as a risk in this kind of economy. You can easily by pass that aggravation by going directly to a private lender who will necessitate the cash advance to your advantage. A business loan can be anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $250,000, and can be finished and obtained within 7 days or less from the application date. Typically, having a poor credit history will not affect the decision of wether you get the loan or not. It is not a strong determinant in the approval of a business cash advance, this makes them much more easily obtained than a bank loan. A loan of this type is great way to get the extra needed to make improvements to your business, repairs, advertise or just to take care of overdue bills. Flexibility in repayment is one of the biggest attributes to taking out a business cash advance and one of the reasons they are so popular among merchants these days. All companies have different methods of getting their money, shopping around and using discretion is wise for large loans of this nature, but typically payment will depend the amount of monthly sales the business brings in.
Small or bigger businesses of all industries rely heavily on credit for their business transactions. Business cash advances are quickly catching up and becoming the number one choice for businesses needing loans quickly. Low rates, substantial loan amounts and payment flexibility all contribute to growing number of merchants affiliating themselves with business cash advance opportunities.
State employee-1
As a State employee many of our benefits and retirement benefits are changing. We have had so many changes in the past 3 months it is hard to keep us with everything. I knew when the new Gov. Scott came into the picture there would be a lot of changes in Florida. I have been state employee for 12 years and the past 3 months have had more taken away from me then ever. You would think since I’m a police officer putting my life on the line everyday to protect our citizens we would be treated a little bit better. My mother is a teacher and is also facing the same changes.
Over the past few months we have had our 3% cost of living cut, DROP program taken away, retirement cut, and now have to pay our union dues out of our pocket instead of it being deducted from our check every month. These dues aren’t cheap and with a pay cut on top of all of this it will make it very difficult for many people to pay. I’m sure some people will have to refer to payday loans to make the initial payment. I’m sure they are requiring the union due to be cut because they don’t want us to have a union at all. Rumor has it that Scott will cut state employee pensions by next year. I know that Florida’s budget was cut over the past year, but there are many more ways to make up this money instead of hurting some of the most important members of this state. It really makes me wonder why my family is willing to stay in Florida for our lines of work. My mother could move 50 miles North and work in Georgia and make $20k more then she is making now.
I have been working at my same department for 8 years and have always received my yearly bonus for scoring superior on my evaluation but now that raise will be taken away also. Why would I want to work hard and service my community if there is no reward for a job well done. I personally think there have to be better ways for the State of Florida to earn more money to make up for the state debt. Coming from a police officer, lets charge inmates a fee while they are in jail or prison. Yes I understand that they don’t have a job while in jail but put a lien on their state benefits, house, or whatever else they own. Why should they be able to commit a crime then stay in jail for years with a place to sleep, eat and watch cable TV. They need to be charged room and board! We can also increase the fines for speeding tickets, parking tickets, etc. instead of increasing the cost for people to renew their car registration and drivers license. Many of the criminals that drive and are receiving tickets don’t pay these increase prices for a drivers license because they simply don’t have one.
It seems that our state government is doing a lot to change they way our state works to save money but there are many different ways to do this without taking pay from the employees. This really makes you understand why many people don’t want to become police officers and teachers in the State of Florida anymore.
